The XXVII edition of the Brazilian Congress of Biomedical Engineering (CBEB 2020) will take place from October 26 to 30, 2020, at Vitória Convention Center.

The CBEB is promoted by the Brazilian Society of Biomedical Engineering (SBEB), with biennial periodicity, organized by researchers linked to a local research institution, with the collaboration of the entire scientific community linked to the area of ​​Biomedical Engineering in the country.

The celebration of the XXVII edition of this Congress in Vitória responds to the need to establish a large meeting forum for students, professionals and companies from the world of Biomedical Engineering Research and Development in the country, who work in the field of scientific-technological innovations in this area. The aim of this Congress is to increase knowledge among the groups working within the field of Biomedical Engineering, providing collaboration between them, especially the collaboration between Students, Researchers and Companies, in order to reach the consumer market. the inventions made in Universities and Research Centers. Due to the multidisciplinary nature of the attendant audience, it is intended to hold a large debate to allow significant advances in research in Biomedical Engineering.

Participation in this Congress is open to authors of original works of study, design, realization, experimentation and evaluation of new or improved devices and methods or strategies related to Biomedical Engineering. Participants will therefore be undergraduate and postgraduate students and professionals from universities, research centers and companies as well as from institutions related to Biomedical Engineering.
